To be fair this isnu2019t everyone in Generation Y, but a good many.Generation X cares more about hear jobs being lost and it is around 50:50 for them to want Kiosk machines or be against them. The Silent Generation and The Baby Boomer generations donu2019t really like these self-checkout/kiosks as they prefer people and conversation. I do see these jobs going away as these generations go away.Future generations will have most things automated and will not care much about the soon to be ancient cashier job or customer service desk job. Even people who stock the grocery shelves will be replaced by machines. It is inevitable and can only be slowed by supporting the people over the machines.
